I always ask my couples what they want to do for locations for their engagement, anniversary, or celebratory session, and usually they ask me for ideas. My best advice? Your session should take place at a location that has significance to your relationship as a couple. Whether that means it’s at the state fair where you had your first date, at a brewery you frequently visit, or on a hiking trail that you love to hike or want to explore more of together.
As a couple, your session with me should represent memories that you have created together or want to create together. Whether you’re an adventurous couple who's always exploring, or a laid back couple wanting to take it easy. I love to explore, but I also love to chill. Take me to your favorite memories and allow me to document them.
But if you don’t have an idea of where you want your session to take place, or you feel stuck and don’t know how to make it feel like it’s what represents your relationship, don’t worry! I’ll help you brainstorm several ideas.

A Quickie
In case you’re rushed on time, this option is the best for you! This can be for couples who plan on doing a full session at a later time, but for now, just want some quick professional photos for sharing announcements of all kinds, such as engagements, pregnancy announcements, new homes announcements, and more. This session is up to 45 minutes at one location.

Traditional
The typical engagement session, starting at one location and ending at a second location of the couples choosing. This allows for multiple scenes and outfits during a session with up to 2 hours.

Adventurous
This session is for couples who love to hike all day and enjoy the views that nature provides. Plan on a lengthy time together, allowing for exploration of both the trails and the relationship. Sessions can last up to 4 hours. Additional time can be added.
